How about this?

Thank you for re-submitting. Could you take away both of the circles? We would like to see what this looks like without them and just having the map in the background. Also, could you make "Third Millennium Ministries" and "Every Christian Deserves A Well Trained Pastor" in the font Gills Sans or Myriad Pro? We would like to see what this looks like. Finally could you make the words on top of the map look less flat? Thank you!

How about this?

Could you take out the "IIIM" and move down the 20th Anniversary and make it larger with a different font?

Maybe a different map with a bit more color?

Can you increase the circle size to enclose all of the logo?
