In #9 I appreciate the simplicity. I also very much like the depth and gradient of the blue. Another positive is the subtle flip and connection of the "i" and "!" It makes you think which connects well to the motive of the company.
I also love #11 - especially the cube.....but the font is too playful. I think I would like a more simplistic / modern font like #9.
#10 is growing on me. Very different. I like it. Do not change anything there.
