I like this submission. I'm not sure about the gear tapering off to a sharp point. Maybe cut it off? Also, can I see a version with letters (or at least the R's) more rounded, to tie in with the roundness of icon? Final comment: can you play with spacing or thickness of bottom of gear--seems too close or cluttered a little bit. Thank you!
