Can you make the circle into a gear and keep the dimensionality? And add the word "SOLUTIONS" under the ERRY?

I like this concept! Can you make other versions 1) thicker gray line. I realize the line is the same thickness as the lettering. Maybe the lettering can be thicker too ? 2) gear notches on gray circle and possibly the "i". I don't want to lose the effect of the "i" completing the circle.
