The top alignment of the wording is fine, just increase it so the bottom aligns with the bottom of the blue line??

Also can we make the font a bit bigger and maybe darker?

hi we like your design. can you please resubmit in a different format - can you put the logo on the left next to the writing. You may need to put "The Youth" above the word "Partnership". See what you can do. It may not work but want to see.
