I like how you think outside the box and your intelligence in design, but it is just not coming across for this real estate design. I appreciate your efforts and wish you the best of luck.

I understand but I don't know what that logo is. Is it a house roof with a skyscraper on the left and sunshine on the right? I'm not even sure what it is. If someone can't look at it quickly and know it is related to real estate then it doesn't work. When I first saw it I thought it was a comb on the left with an up arrow on the bottom part of the logo and had no idea what was going on in the upper right side.

Please reconsider this entry. No cheesy elements. Clean, simple, professional look. Great on all surfaces snd backgrounds. Engraving and embroidery safe (think of various corporate identity items).

I am sorry. First of all I can't copy other designer's concept. Secondly, I thought you would like to see something not overused for your industry and I tried to provide you with these concepts. Now that you can see the top ranked logo what I like about it is the life that is shown in the logo. It has trees. It has the sun. It is warm and welcoming. I actually liked how you think outside the box and liked your design with the house inside the tree, but I think people might think I am a tree house company. Looking for a logo that says relationships. All of the logos that made it to the finalist phase had Will Johnson stretching all the way across. I apologize if I am not being clear. Some of the choices I selected were also because they showed a house and a cityscape showing that I do work in both the suburbs and the city.

like the background. thinking about the font of THE WILL JOHNSON GROUP and changing that up. Anyway to add a house silhouette in the background?

Dear ContestHolder, you don't provide a meaningful feedback. I am guessing here. You said you want something warm and portrays relationship but my #322 has been eliminated. So now I am confused. I think you tend to something overused in your industry. Please keep in mind that you won't be able to register/trademark logo if it's overused online.

I haven't see a design yet from you that is my favorite, but I do believe in your talent so I am putting you in the top 5. I am looking forward to seeing what we can do together once the field is narrowed down.

color is not a problem and could be fixed anytime. The main thing is a concept itself. Technically you should evaluate entries in black/white..

I like more of a brighter grass green. Like the nashville skyline incorporated with a suburb house...

I really like you as an artist.

Hello. Please check out my concept. I hope you're looking for something NOT OVERUSED for your industry (please perform a google image search for 'real estate logos'), something you can actually trademark/register. The icon represents an abstract mark constructed from roof (top part: relates to real estate) and the letter J which stands for your last name. Great identity and which is more importantly unique. No cheesy, roof and window concepts..
