Let's combine # 6 and # 9 -- a larger ferris wheel. Also, let's change up the colors. Something more bold. Ferris wheel could even be in black.
Also, let's combine # 5 and #10. Can you make the "shadow" under the wharf look like water? Let's try some different color combinations, too.
