#4 is my favorite of your submissions. I like the colors you chose and i like the font. While I do like the organic feel of the design, its needs a little something to make it special, or to "pop". I'm not sure what....could the blue part maybe be made to look more wavelike?
As for #12 and #11, I really like the idea of the logo on a surfboard. I think #12 comes closest, but the surfboard shape is a little odd(too wide, us surfers care about that!) and the font is nice, but maybe a touch too elaborate. I do like the background design and I especially like the color choice in the font.
