I love the chair! If this were The Furniture Company, I'd pick it as the winner, but I think the other logos with houses do a better job of explaining what we do. But keep trying!
Interesting! What if you tried filling in light or frame with either the same green or black? Also, what if you tried another color altogether? Not sure this will work without the house, but I really appreciate the creativity .. it just might be the one!
re: #46 - Do you think you can play with the scale of the house? Maybe a little bigger, and also play with the roof line (more peaked)? I can't really think of any other tweaks - I really like the colors. Well done! I'm really surprised and happy about how you were able to superimpose the house. Do you like it?!
Thanks! I'm glad you like the new approach. I like it - I feel the house kind of anchors the other elements. I've made the house a touch bigger and heightened the peak. I'm uploading a blue and gray as well as a blue and brown version since those were colors you had indicated in the color preferences section.
Congrats, you're the de facto winner .. #47 (sorry, I flip flopped). Only thing is, my partner doesn't like the script font (can you just make it the other font you used for "the" and "company") and want the outline of lamp and picture frame to be solid. Ok? Sorry to drag this out .. just got back from a week away on vacation. :-)
Entry #83 .. thanks so much - I think the font is better for us. What do you think about the solid line vs. the dotted? One last request, can we try it in that nice blue color you have in 77/78?
I'm uploading the version with the blue color. My thinking with the dotted-line lamp and solid-color chair was to represent that transformation from conceptualization to visualization. Seeing it with the solid line I think it still comes across because it is still outline vs. solid/filled-in elements ... if that makes sense.
Mmm, I think the solid line will be fine .. and I like the blue better. Thank you so much for making the changes. Not sure if we're allowed to "communicate" after this contest ends, but would love to stay in touch. You can always fill out the form on my website with your info and I'll get it. :-)
