"The Ultimate Strategy" is the wordmark, not "Ultimate Strategy" Give same weight to the word "The"
Remove "The Ultimate Strategy" from tagline as it is redundent. Just use "for Buying and Selling Houses" or "for Buying & Selling Houses".
If your logo looked more like a "clear" house, the better. If arrows pointed mostly up (indicating upward growth or increased profits) the better.
I like the glossy/glass look. I like the feeling of movement or action.
