Congratulations for being first to try other colors. This is a nice change from the other designs.

Feedback:
Not sure of the meaning of the circle/gage image. I'm looking for images that convey Potential, Start where they are and Fun. Could you provide other ideas in that direction?

Could you try switching the colors on the name so Coach is in gold?

In the design, there are arrows To Top. I give meaning potential

Now that you explain it, I see it. However, I prefer something that is a little more clear to the observer. Something easier for them to identify as soon as they see it. I'd like to see other ideas you may have.

As for the colors, for me it is better to have the gold above the blue. The sun is usually high in the sky.

Now that i see the "Coach" in gold, it doesn't seem to work It isn't clear enough against the white background.

I moved your earlier designs to Not Interested because we are now moving in a different direction. I am still interested in you newer designs.

The circular graphic is a nice addition.

I don't understand the meaning of the gray square inside the letter "C". It appears in all three versions.

I'd like to see one or two versions using gold for the circle and using black for the letters. Would you experiment with that for me?

#52 and #53 seem to have a line through the name due to the shading changing in the upper half of the font. It doesn't appear in the one with the black background. Is there a way to reduce or eliminate that look when on a white background?
