Your design is a nice start for including the elements I'm looking for.

I prefer designs which display some element of progress or motion.

As I mentioned in the open comments, please don't be afraid to experiment with other colors.

I appreciate your use of other colors, but red is a specific color I listed in the brief as not wanting in my logo. Sorry that you missed that point. I also mentioned yellow as a color I do not want included.

Additional feedback:
#24 The Training Coach font is too heavy for my preferences. The font weight in #23 is better. I don't have a strong preference for serif or sans serif fonts. Either can work depending on how they are used and how they work with the rest of the logo.
