Love you logo design. I prefer a lighter background as I rated your other logo. I like the font and the layout of this. Thanks

I love your logo....the black background may not work with my overall theme. I will design a real estate sign (for the sign post to be placed in front of the home for sale) and see how the different color schemes work. The deminsions of the sign are 24" wide by 18" or 24" high.

What file formats do you send the logo in? Is it possible to get it in photoshop with the layers preserved?

I created the design with a vector format, but it is possible to be a PSD format with layers preserved. I can send it in EPS or PSD format. Thanks.
