LOVE LOVE LOVE the size and spacing of the punches. Thanks!!
Like the other fonts too.
Do not like the colors or the shapes.
I'd be interested in seeing a lowercase version (I feel like the shape of the lowercase word makes it more readable) with no outlines, just well-placed font. we discovered after printing out some designs on our packaging that it is very easy for the word "ticket" to get lost on our packaging. It is a small flap that will be stapled over a cellophane bag.
If it is easier for design purposes, "ticket chocolate" could replace "the ticket kitchen"
i like the lowercase a lot in #35, really a lot, but it doesn't look as good in the box as the more box-shaped uppercase does, i'd like to see the lowercase of #35 without a box
still loving the punch size
if you use the word "chocolate," we don't want the word "the". The logo should read either "the ticket kitchen" or "ticket chocolate" -Amber
I'm loving #50 and #51. Could you do a simpler font for "the" and "kitchen"? and maybe make it smaller?
I would love to see the lowercase versions work (#56 and #58), but am not sure quite how to make this happen. maybe make the word "ticket" even bigger somehow make "the" and "kithcen" simpler and smaller make the lines thinner???
#51 I think is my favorite. love the simple font for "kitchen," love the shape of the swirls
For comparison purposes, I would be interested in seeing -the word "ticket" in a very basic courier font, just as in "the end" sign here http://s216.photobucket.com/albums/cc194/hancocklandrea/The%20Ticket%20Kitchen/ -the swirls in a more calligraphy-style stroke, with heavy and thin parts -I also would love to see the word "the" as shown in the reference pictures.
Revision of Design #51 with “TICKET” in Courier font. Swirls revised in a more calligraphy-style stroke. I’ve modified the “The”, but I would be infringing on the copyright of the image provided if I copy it exactly. GREAT suggestion for the swirls!
I love #73, could you make the letters in "ticket" a little taller and leaner, make them fill in the block space a little more with less tracking between them. i also wonder if there is a way to make it look more stamped, less clean cut? I'd like the "k" to be less curvy.
thanks for note on copyright, I certainly didn't mean to infringe, I've seen this "t" done, even specifically in the letter "the" by several designers. I think it's sort of a common calligraphy style. it's just hand drawn a little differently each time. For example, it shows up in both in "the end" and "the gentlemen's race" in our photo bucket examples.
Revision of design #73, "TICKET” a little taller and leaner, with less tracking and a texture added to give a more stamped, less clean look. ‘K’ in kitchen altered to look less curvy.
somehow the word "kitchen" is still too fancy for me. maybe you could write "the" and "kitchen" in the awesome font you used for "kitchen" in #72. even thoug I love "the" in the newer versions.
