We like #20, would like to see the 3 bars in the circle represent upward growth with the left bar being lowest and right bar being highest, and flat tops to the bars. We would like to see the circle with yellow/orange shadowing looking more like a sunrise. Fit the tag line "Extraordinary Success in Business & Life" under the wording only, not the graphic. We like the colors and we like the shadow effect.
