this one by far is my favorite. it's fun, catchy and makes you think about the "THE" inside the name. clever is catchy. Simple is better, less is more? :)
I see what you mean. The @ can get lost in there..
what about making the house all one color, except, do smaller windows.. to allow for a larger @..
I like this with the curve.. not sure what the owners and my area manager will like. but we we want it catchy and eye grabbing. We are an apartment complex for Colleges Students! :)
so the name above the house throws everything off... it just doesn't work well, i see your idea behind the @ in the house...just ruins the entire design. the house becomes just a square and looses its personality, the balance is off overall.
or how about making the house a solid color and making the @ symbol a solid color, like garnet, black and white... using any combination you think looks best while not creating a mess of the colors throughout
honestly, i just did a quick mock up of your suggestion (placing the name above the house and the @ in the house, it's not nice at all. looks very busy and the @ could get lost.
are you limited to how many you add in the incoming section?
I wonder if my area manager and owners are going to like the Southern thing you did.. and or if they are going to like incorporating the @ in the home..
Can you work on some sort of dimensional separation to bring it out more.. and/or put Southern at the top
incorporate @ into the home in the middle then.. 1051 at the bottom??
I like #102 that is in the not interested side. The way the line graphics are and how The Southern @ 1051 is placed.
Can you do a combination of this one and 102? possibly with different choices of background color, using garnet, black or white.. maybe even a mixture. Or using Color in the Lettering
it does appear better, but still not quite garnet.. it seems to be a dark red instead.

May Increase Font Size on THE and Decrease on Sou rn... or opposite..
if that makes sense.. i guess dimensional separation wasn't a good way to term that..
