1. blind
2. finalists
3. selection

1. at the stage of "blind": all designers can enter the contest

2. at the stage of "finalists": designer only ranked from 1 to 5 can enter the contest (and other designers can not enter the contest)

3. at the stage of "selection": only 1 rank designers can enter the contest (and other designers can not enter the contest)

I can revise the logo. as you requested. in terms of color, etc. I've made many revisions for your logo. but, if I do not rank "1" I could not upload the revised logo you requested. you need to shift me to the first rank, if you want to see my logo revisions, because at this stage the only designer rating of "1" can upload revisions of his logo, thanks
