Discussion

1)
Can you experiment with the O's?
The O's need to look more like little Records or CD's.
See if you can come up with something more like this:

#11's O's are pretty good but not sure if they match your font.

2)
See the thin line at the very bottom. Would it be better/smoother if it started with the same angle as the R?

3) Can you experiment with filling in the buttons with a different color?
It may not look good at all... but accenting the playback button with a little bit of color is an idea that may help, not sure...
Try Red, Blue or Purple. http://i.imgur.com/kYf8Ub4.png?1

Thanks Nur!
Overall it's really looking great... The colors in #27 are great. No need to try the purple or anything else.

Let's try some variations on the O's and the C's and the R:
1) C's
Try to open up the C's just a little bit so that they do not get confused with an O.
Might make it a little easier to read. Not too much, just a little. Maybe try just opening it on the top half and leaving the bottom half the way it is.. Not sure, play with it.

2) O's
Thank you for copying the O's like the sample picture. Could you try some other variations please?
I like #17... but #16 looks good too. Maybe you can meet in the middle and mix the best parts of each.
Can the outside line retains it's thickness, like in #16, but have some design elements of #17?
Maybe fill in the center with the lighter orange but then use white for that one little curvy line and then light orange on the outside section again, just like it is on the outside of #17?
Another variation would be to copy the look of #21. Something like that might work well.

3) The R
The new R looks good. I like it but I'm still not sure which one is better...
What I was asking for is to keep the R leg straight but make the line below it diagonal to match it, so that the straight leg is extended in the shadow and so that we do not see a bump in the shadow.

Thank you Very Much!!

Another variation to try on the O would be to keep everything the same as it is on #27 but you could change that little curve in the middle to the darker orange color and you could try filling in the center with a more solid light colored center, more like the center of #16

The O's on #32 and #33 are also very nice shape and texture...

I also like the O's on #27, #16, and #36

I like the way the R on #22 is diagonal and has a good corner... I havent' seen any designer do that with the double line yet. Would like to see that shape but with the double line.
