Just as one more option...can you please flip the coloring of BEING A BALANCED COMMUNICATOR (from gold to silver/white) and ATTITUDE AWARENESS ABILITY (from silver/white to gold)? I just want to see which version is better on the eyes. Thanks!

Can you give me a version with the words ATTITUDE AWARENESS ABILITY in light grey/silver?

Please move Ability up on the top after Awareness. Also make the white banner bigger at the bottom and increase the font size of "Being A Balanced Communicator".

Also change the color of "Being A Balanced Communicator" from gold font to some other color (like light grey/silver) to distinguish it from Attitude, Awareness, Ability.

And here's a variation, hope I'm working on the right direction. Thanks!

Great colors and I like the the patch look. I'm not a big fan of the officer head with light bulb center. Can you remove that but leave the star? What if you put a circle around the entire logo. In one version put Attitude, Awareness, and Ability on the circle. On a second version remove the Balanced Communicator banner and put those words on the top half of the circle and Attitude (dot) Awareness (dot) and Ability around the bottom of the circle.
