Hi, great name! and great designs in this contests too!. My approach is focused on what you mentiones about quick reading. Not the whole body devil, just his head in a simple remindable round shape and a bigger sandwich too. I am thinking not only in a logo but in a sign. I´ve designed many food trucks and as you said in the brief we have just some seconds to tempt the client. Well, any comment or feedback will be appreciated and useful to meet the best results.
