Hi there, in the design #140 I was thinking of a team of 4 working together on one project. The one project can be the inner circle between them. I think that the eye-catching colors will stand out on the uniforms and vehicles plus, the dynamic typeface shows movement.
With #141 I was going for the "lighter" side of things. If you look you'll see that this is a worker. You can see his blonde hair or helmet the two eyes, shoulders and tie.
