The decisions go to my team. I'm the one who sorts/ranks them, but then I've got 3 or 4 people providing comments. I like the new versions of the lion, but also love the clarity and clean design of the logo you have created. Final decision will not be mine, so I am just trying to get all the variations we can. You do awesome work man, your (numerous) efforts are certainly appreciated!

Not sure, I think design #36, 39, and 40, but it was on a few of them - just remove the est. 2015 for any designs.

OK. btw colors could be changed easily. We should concentrate on the concept itself. Technically correct is to start from the black and white version :)

Thanks for your quick turnaround. Please remove the 'est.' and '2015', and can you play with a few color-combinations, and a few font styles? I'm thinking the logo is right, but that I'm not sure about the colors/font. Just need to see a few options, then I'll run them past my team for opinions and fine tuning comments.

You can drop the book, just keep the torch, and small business could be put on a banner or scroll across/in front of the emblem. Almost like it is closer to the viewer than the crest. What do you think?

Yes, but this will ruin the whole concept with the book and torch I believe..

Thanks! Can you make "small business" run completely horizontal (as opposed to around the circle?) Almost like a the top 3 words run along the circle, but the bottom two are flat across the logo, maybe even a pixel of two larger. Small Business would then stand out, and may appear to be jumping out.

This entry, with this typeface, will be better when seal is relatively small

Thanks for reaching out. Remove the "SSB" and have "The School For" in the circle, then "Small Business" horizontal across the bottom (where the ssb was previously). Hopefully this helps, we love how clear and uncluttered the image it. Good stuff.
