I've emphasized on the " TEAM " as you requested

I've used the letter " T " to form a torch , referencing to new york liberty statue

I will work on drafting this concept better in a while, add some buildings to form the flame of the torch, etc

Thank you, i like the concept. I am looking for the team font to sand out, because Torch logo is not pulling me toward it.
