Hi! Here is my first entry - I chose to revamp your old logo (and in an art deco style per suggestion for your other concept) I thought it might be nice to stick with the perspective you had before because it showed more movement/dynamics. It also implies an action, as in "actively going to Restoration Station"; whereas a sitting train - I believe - subconsciously makes the viewer think that things just sit around. I also think the train is a great graphic because it's an easy way to remember where you guys are located...so even if a customer can't remember your name, they'll remember your logo has a train because it's by the train station. Those elements help to reinforce your business image. If you like to see any other color combinations, please let me know. Both the color and single-color versions would be included with this design.
I like this, but I think it is a little much for a logo. Keep in mind that I will be using this as a screen print on shirts and on print going out. I would like to see something from you that doesn't involve trains or art deco and doesn't involve logos. Something that conveys what we do, but does not have to do with our current logo, etc.
