I would like to see the thinner text with the letter o not so wide. It seems to break the word promise

This is better. A font that was a little more "full" but not 3 dimensional would be better.

Also removing the crosses that bracket "Encouraging your family" would be better.

Could you give us a few different colors on #101 with the sun beam background. I am not crazy about it with green but it might look better with another color. Thanks.
