Here are basicaly two differnt design concepts. This one is more abstract, but very unique/recognizable visual identity, easy to print and embroider.
Other two, on #36 and compact version on entry #37 are more obvious representation of phenix bird.
Hope you'll like some of them, and feel free to suggest improvements if felt needed! Thank you!
