Hi Diane, here's my proposal for you. I made the logo with abstract clean lines forming the three main elements which is ice cream, coffee and bridge. The logo worked well in black and white color as shown at #23.
I placed the bridge as the background of ice cream and coffee to represent the place, while the ice cream and coffee were placed in front of the bridge as the main objects in order to make the audience easily recognize what's your business by looking at the logo at first glance.
The font type that I used is also looks fun, but not too cartoonish / childish considering your target audience is local and tourists. I also added the swoosh line under the word more in order to emphasize that your business is not just all about ice cream and coffee, but there are many other food and drink that you can provide.
I'm curious to know what you think about the logo. If you would like to see any changes, please feel free to ask. I'll do my best for you

Nice to see the black and white version, but I will remove it in the rankings because I don't wan't others to see a high-ranked black and white logo since colour orange is essential. Re the colour one, #24: Bridge height should be increased a bit - then height/length proportion would be closer to the actual bridge. Bridge colour must be orange. Colour of sub-title and 'the' could be same as the word 'bridge' colour. Like the prominence of cup and cone and that they are about equally prominent. Like the swoosh under 'more' - and your thoughts behind it. Thanks again!
