Let me know what do you think please. Also the logo is vector format so it will not loose resolution ever. You can print it in a outdoor and the resolution will be perfect. The logo will work good for print and web. Colour variations can be deliver in the end of the contest by designers, as black and white versions of the logo, jpeg and png (high, medium and low resolution).

Here in Portugal is 2 am i will sleep in some minutes but i will be back tomorrow. Feel free to ask for changes if needed.

Can we turn this tree into a watermark? We like seeing the trunk, etc. but want it to be secondary to the words.

Btw the trees are handraw by me, and them i digitalize my drawings and bring them to vector, in the design software. So the tree have the hand draw feel.
