We decided to go with the other design. We loved the main design you produced we just couldn’t get to a smaller logo that worked without taking away what we loved about the smoothness of your design. I appreciate all of your design efforts and hope to use you in the future if you are open to it.

Is this what you mean? I try to balance the circle until the gray Swoosh is below "E"

Remove TNL.
Move the word Next up to were the T is located and connect it like you have done in the main logo that you have provided. Extend Next until the ending T is over the first L of Level.

Make the whole thing look balanced.

With the blue swoosh coming out of the N and the Gray coming from the bottom of the Last L

You might have to make adjustments to the width of the top blue and grey swoosh to make everything balanced.

My thought was to remove the letters altogether and resize the original words from the main logo to fit inside of this circle. For example The in the white space. Next beginning where the T starts in this logo and it connected to the blue wave. Level in the same gray as the main logo but slightly below the letter T that ends the word Next with the final L of Level connecting with the gray wave.

Can you do the full “The next level “ inside the smaller circle that you created for this one and stop having the N connect to the blue line and the L to the gray? The TNL is just not working. I know we can’t copy the One from the other designer but we love the flow of the image for small use cases but like your overall complete design that would be used in larger format I.e web site, shirts, presentations, etc.

I'm trying to make some variations and ideas for the TNL version, please let me know if you have anything to ask.

One of the things I am struggling with is how to use this as your tile for Insta, LinkedIn, or even places like this in the comment section where you have the cool black button with the orange and red banner to represent you. This is why I had you create the TNL version, but it just doesn’t look right. Do you have any ideas how to carry your design forward for these smaller use cases?

Remove the quote and drop the counseling line below Level almost identical placement as it is above Level but just below

Could you arrange the logos with sports first and entertainment second from left to right. Also can you replace the microphone with a handheld 🎤. Finally the logos feel crowded is there a way to play with spacing or enlarge the entire logo to give more space?

Can you remove soccer and tennis and add Theater masks 🎭, Track and field cleats, and either microphone or ballet slippers?

Also how would it look if we wanted a second version that just had TNL in the middle of the swirl say if we wanted it on a hat or use as a Insta icon?
