fade and logo are two things that don't go very well together, to the logo we can apply every effect that we like, the important thing is that the logo works at least in one solid color, the logo shouldn't be locked to a specific color, but can be flexible and have any color on any background as long as there is contrast between the two.
Also regarding the theme that you referred to in the comments, is not something that affects the logo, the logo is the mark of the theme that you will use, the logo is already part of the theme, should not represent or describe the theme
all letters in this logo are made from scratches, I just played with the type, they can share simple common characteristics and is a very fortunate sequence of letters, I also removed the all around outline, it could be optional, but the design should work also without outline, in this iteration I made it a bit taller and gave some more space to the hole in the "e"
