I actually really like this one better than the first one. I like the black trunk and the red line underneath. I like the first tree better if you could combine those.

I also like this one, but like the logo to the left. Tree shape needs to change.

Also maybe window in the tree. or trunk to be more house like. I like idea of tree house.

Please check the revisions of my design. I'll think better concept for tree house. I think put window in a tree is a fun concept. but it makes the logo not serious...too playful. not suitable for GROUP.
