The N.C. Traffic Tickets Defense FirmLogo Design Contest

I like the NC in the background. Is there any way to level the state such that the top border is straight across rather than tilted? Also, is there a way to make the text "N.C. Traffic Tickets Defense Firm" of roughly equal size (as in my 4th-ranked design, by digiartz)? (The "The" can of course be smaller, but the rest of the words are of roughly equal importance.). Thanks!
