My first concepts for your logo. #15 maintains a professional look with a modern twist using the $ sign as the 'm' in money. This icon could be recognizable for your business/brand. Happy to make changes and welcome your feedback.
Thank you for not only submitting your logos but for your comment. Love where you are going with this logo - both of them. I tent to lean toward #15 only because we are trying to keep our opportunities open for growth outside of academia. They are both great! The $ sign as the M works and perfectly creative. What did it look like a little smaller? I realize you had to elongate it to make the M but curious what it would look like a tad smaller. We hope to see more from you.
Hello and thank you for the helpful feedback. I've submitted a couple more variations with the $ sign 'm' made smaller to align more with the rest of the text.
I have spent the day staring at your logo with the dollar sign and have done little focus groups. While I want it to work and it's been my contender all day, I don't think it does due to the additional hump for the m.
#16 is still a strong contender. Many people don't realize it is change under the caps. Not sure how they don't but the problem is, they aren't seeing it. I like the font for the name, what else would you do for the icon?
I truly appreciate your efforts and have been with you all day. If you have more versions in you, I'd love to see what you deliver.
Thanks again for the feedback, it's a good idea you're holding some focus groups - often others will see different things/take different meanings from icons/logos. I've taken #16 further so the coins are more obviously coins now. It's quite a fun take on the name, still looks modern and professional. I'll do some more thinking as well for any other ideas that might spring to mind!
As you can see, we really like #59. Quick question - what is the meaning of the check mark? Can you give us a version without the check? I think I get it but most are not.
Hi again and thank you! Glad you like #59 - the check mark was in reference to college students/young adults etc and you three being a 'big tick' like you've got it all right/correct. I had a look at the Viaticus Group website and noted a lot of your target was students who would recognize the check mark as something being correct and 'excellent work'. Have submitted one without - the check if not recognized as such may just distract from the design.
As you can see, you are in the top five for our logo selection. We picked these based on designer's consistent composition and honestly you have been very receptive to work with. In this last round, we would love to see if you have any other ideas. Something we keep going back to and something that comes up from focus groups in general, is that stacked coins (not necessarily falling coins) represent gambling or present the fear of losing your money in a reckless manner.
While we like you design # 121, we would love to see if you have any other ideas for other designs or change up on this one. Also, could you put a placeholder for the tagline and tm?
Hi, thanks for the feedback. I've submitted a couple more ideas, please excuse if you spot any small inconsistencies in the drawing of the bank notes - I just wanted to get the main concept uploaded before you log out tonight. Happy to make any changes to any of these.
This process is so very hard and it's funny how loyal you become to certain designers you enjoy working with. Thank you so very much for all of your wonderful designs - they were great and we liked them from the very beginning. After holding two focus groups with our target audience, we had to go with a logo that seemed to speak to the majority of women (not an easy task) but we thank you and wish you the best.
