The Mitigation MobLogo Design Contest

Can you take your entry #23 and add 3 circles in red yellow and orange that circle the trees and mountains and that resemble a bulls eye? This would represent the 3 mitigation zones in our process. The rings would also be behind the letters. If you can see the rest of the entries, the rings would be similar to entry #44

Also if #22 rings looked more like a bulls eye instead of overlapped circles, it would have a batter shot at judging.
