About the light green - Before I upload final files you have to check it on other devices.
I can make it darker if you want and send the changed versions to your e-mail. On my smartphone it looks OK as well.

We are leaning towards this logo as the winner - but I have just noticed that on this computer, a mac, the green of the mountains is a very light yellow and almost invisible to the eye! What can you tell us about this? Do you think it's just our computer settings?

Can you do this design with a light blue roof? Or some different color variations with natural blues and greens?

This is my favorite right now. Our marketing person was wondering if it might look better if the roof was the darker green and the windows the middle shade of green. OR for the roof to be the lightest green and the mountains the darker one.

Another idea, if you scoot the homes over to the right a little so they end where the R ends, and then put the "THE" on the left of the homes?
