The hands are interesting. They would work better for us if they were more simple. Also, the one hand looks like it is sqezing the other hand harder (black squezing harder than red). Prefer white hands.

(Entry 33) The three homes icon is very interesting. Would be interested in seeing a version that the entire logo was more square than long.

One more comment on the hands styling...can you combine the variations with a more bold "Hicks" portion? Look at logos in the higher rankings.
