Is there anything you can do to lessen the dots?

Could this be done with something other than dots?

I think this might need to have the Kentucky outlined in Navy. The colors need something, just can't put my finger on it.

This is really good. Can you change to primary colors. Make the turquoise royal blue and use red, kelly green yellow or orange.

I like this. I like the kentucky on top better than on the side. Could you do the key in a golden yellow and maybe make the head a fleur de lis?
