This is an interesting design. I would like to see a version with different text for Menkiti Group (probably no "The"). I would also be interested in seeing a flat version with just two colors although I do like the color gradation, sometimes it is hard to work with. We sometimes use a transparent grey and white version of our logo on a red background, so we'd ideally want a logo that could work in that context too.
