The deer is still very cartoonish.... I like the original as EAT is very dominate and I like that... That is what caught my eye the very first time I seen your image....

I like your design but the deer head is not doing it for me..... It seems very animated and to me its like it has a comb over and looks feminine..... I would like more of a realistic image.... I think you may have based your image off the deer not the elk the elk is the one looking at the camera with his head tilted back....
