Hi, I love "the McIntire team" name, it means very positives values as friendliness AND trust to me! According to your brief, i emphazised "the Team" to show the strong team relation between your customers and you, sharing the same objectives. McIntire is written with a very classical serif font to balance the strength of the team with elegance. The two small equal triangles/roofs (the one for you is the mirror image of the one for your customers) aren't the most important compared to "the team".
