The objective of a logo is to help build a brand. So, the logo needs to meet certain criteria in order to work effectively. 1. It needs to be easily read. The type should be laid out where there is a hierarchy, so the reader moves through the words easily, not jumping around because their are lower caps and different sizes. 2. The logo needs to project the company's message, simply and quickly. What does "The McIntire Team" do? The icon of a roof line instantly grabs the readers attention and lets them know what the company is about. 3. Scale and color should be used to guide the viewer so the logo feels coherent.

One suggestion. You should shorten the tag line. Notice how most slogans have limited words. Slogans are not read, there said. In other words it should be read instantly, like taking a bite of something. Mcdonalds "I'm loving it" Home Depot " "You can do it, We can help". That is why I shorted the slogan on the second logo submission. The customer knows they are in Maryland, you don't need to tell them. The most important thing is to get the message out, that your their friendly face in real estate. Line all the logo you like together, if they follow these design principles you have a winner.
1.easily read
2. cost effective when reproduced, printing and embroidery
3 delivers the company's message and helps build a brand
4. balanced in color and scale
5. does it look professional
