Thank you. I like all of that but I am not commercial real estate , I am residential... and thoughts on how to make it look less commercial?

Thank You so much for the appreciation and opportunity. We have uploaded the variations as per your suggestion. We have kept it simple as the logo reflects all the aspects i.e., it shows the top of houses and buildings in the triangles, the outside square shows a corporate construction, square shows a defined area, the triangle show growth towards top and moving forward, intersecting triangles show team work and relationship with clients, it also shows letter M as the central part of all the activity.
