what does the rocks represent? I like entry 6 the best needs improvement . Looks a little boring-no real strong presence/statement

The rocks are meant to symbolize tranquility and a spa feeling. I will work on some other ideas for you.

I like this the most. Can U incorporate MOSG in it with some symbols relating to groups of people(like stacked symbols of people)/oral surgery. What about maryland symbols-bay,water flowing through words? with Some darker deeper browns with burgundy/ red, black and olive greenish

No red sorry-silver,dark brown,mocha-coffe milk brown,olive green,burgundy
