I like the stacking of the words but not the box/buildings on top. Can we try removing them all together. Try it without the word "THE" it may be a clean look that make this work. ALso can we try making the M in maniecki bigger and stacking THE above the A in Maniecki. The logo I'm looking for is very important and i would like to be the WOO factor. You design makes me think the logo may be not needed.
