#2 is my favorite so far. Wondering if you can do a version of that that is more angular. that is the turtle shell is a angular with the lighthouse thru the middle...thx ibot..
also if you can put "THE" on one line in a smaller font then on the next line center "Loxahatchee Club"...I don't know if you can see entry # 1, but that's the idea..thx
thank you for rank and feedback. Sorry for delay i have been offline for a day. Hope you can check my update, let me know if you need update with my new designs.
your new revisions are good...need to re do the type face and its positioning...there are two example of the font and positioning from other entries but i'm not sure if i'm allowed to tell you...i'm happy to exchange emails
my update #50 #51 and #52 you can mention the font that you like for reference. About email exchange it's not allowed when contest still active.Hope you understands.
i like the font in # 51...however would like it to lay out as follows: Smaller Font overall so that the second line as seen below fits within the scale of the logo...I also want "the" to be in an even smaller font than the "LOXAHATCHEE CLUB"
THE LOXAHATCHEE CLUB
hope that makes sense
the logos themselves would be on hats, shirts, but the version with the "the loxahatchee club' would be used on doormats and larger format items....hope that m
yes but don't center "THE" put it on the left margin...Also, after making that change, can you add it to #s 36 and 37...I'm assuming if you are the finalist that we can work on any of the logos you submitted?
Excellent...#71 so far my favorite...Would like to try one more variation on the wording....
Center 'THE" but put a line on either side
then put a line under LOXAHATCHEE CLUB.
------------THE--------------- LOXAHATCHEE CLUB ---------------------------------
makes sense? there is another entry that does this and it might be an alternative... If you can put this on 69.,70 & 71 I think we're done...thanks IBOT...VERY WELL DONE!!!!
re 72, 73 and 74...please make the following changes.
extend that tapered line all the way to the end on either side of "THE" put another tapered line all the way under "LOXAHATCHEE CLUB"
Also, please put the "B" in club back to regular size.
in your opinion, will the EPS and JPG files be enough for someone to generate a logo for a hat? not really sure what the difference is....also the site mentioned something about layered photo shop files that could be generated, again not sure if they will be needed...Congratulations!
in extension of above comment, i meant PSD files (layered photo shop files)...
Since i've not done this before, when I choose you as the winner and I choosing you or a particular logo?
And, as I am doing this for my club, can you also send me the files for the variations on the turtle just in case the club want to go with one of your other versions?
Hi jim, If you asking me to make my text lay out same with other entry (by putting 2 lines on text), sorry i can't do that. It's other designer's idea, his text lay out is unique enough and i must respect his idea. Hope you understands.
Also don't you think by putting 2 lines on text, it's make overall design bit busy?
About final files, don't worry. I will provide you final files in vector (EPS) and bitmap (JPG) with high resolutions. If you need other file type (PSD or PNG), i will send you by email after my design chose as the winner.
understand about the line being the other designer's idea...no problem..
i'm assuming that once i have files i can make changes to color, size, etc? in other words if i send to a local shop to make hats or shirts, they will be able to manipulate those elements of the design?
thanks again...after the contest is over, is there a way i can get in touch with you via email?
CONGRATULATIONS...I understand from the customer service people that we can now communicate via email.
As i am doing this on behalf of my club, I may at some point need files on some of the variations that you did. For instance, we do merchandise with just the logo but would use the entire logo with printed words for door mats, napkins, stationary. Is is possible for you to send me the file for entry # 38 which is the black and white turtle.
And, if for some reason, the committee decides it likes one of your other turtles, would you be able to provide me with those files? My name is Jim Mack and my email is jdmackcompany@aol.com......Looking forward to continuing our working relationship....You are very talented...Great job.....Let me know....JIM
Jim, Thank you for choosing my artwork. Final files uploaded, i hope you check my files. Other files in PSD format and turtle icon, sent to your private email.
