I'm Charlies partner :D
In the First three logos my partner didn't even relize it symbolizes the men. The next two that you posted are not that great. Do you think you can make the first logos a bit clearer, I liked the concept, but everyone has to understand what they are looking at right away. I hope you understand what I mean.

On #4 could you put hardhats instead of squares. Just plain hardhats and one more hardhats on a head. And keep the colors the same way. arrow body gray and hardhats safety orange like you have the squares.
