This one is preferred to the more natural tree nest if you pop some of those branches behind the bird instead of on top.. see bad edit for example...

By the way, I forgot to mention - the kerning on KHOSLA is off....

Thanks for feedback, update proposal make bird more big, I try explain concept behind my design. That not a just a nest, that reflect the globe/world that biggest nest and nature conservation. That way I don't make the nest like literally the nest. They has double meaning.

We love the idea of birds fledgling and leaving the nest. Congrats on taking a good idea and making it great. Feedback from the crew is more nest, larger birds. Metaphorically speaking, this is a winner. A little tuning... and little more elegance. The type layout is FANTASTIC - simple, and elegant.

Lovely graphic. But misses the metaphor mark. No eggs if birds are fledging... Remove the eggs and try again? Love the circle/cross shape, just get the message right.
