How about this?

OK my team says to make Cassondra Green (one shade darker) and the key and & The Key Team in navy. Keep the swoosh silver. Cassondra Still needs to be in Hickory Jack and the K and T in Team slightly larger like the T in The. Thx

I am liking this one. Is it possible to keep all caps in The Key Team, but make the first letters larger? Can you use Hickory Jack for Cassondra and then try them swapped. Thx!

and i apologise hickory jack is a free font but for personal use..
so when you pick this design I'll not include the cassondra in Hickory jack font.this just for preview..the font can be download at some web.

I am liking aspects of this.
- Can you please remove Liles.
- Change the font on Cassondra to something more classic.
- Change the key to the key I had (the curly end)
- Change The Key Team to the green in the logo sample I gave.
