Here's a pretty complex letterform that still very readable. After I read your brief, I've been inspired by the idea of the untraditional logo. So I told myself: "How can I do something original and untraditional for a law firm?" I drew some sketches and I found this idea of a continuing ribbon. In facts the ribbon is a very traditional element in graphic design. But I think I found a way to make it looks very modern, powerful and sophisticated.
So this is my first sketch. I hope you like it! Give me feedback so i can make something better! I hope you like it!
I love the "untraditional" aspects of this... if we were a TV production company, I'd take it!
One challenge is the size, and I'm concern that the readability would be even less on a business card or smaller expression of it where the subtlety would be lost.
Is there a way to make this simpler, and perhaps use negative space for KLF?
