Hey there - Here are two variations on my original design. As you can see, I've refined the hourglass as well as the different elements.

The difference in the two is the treatment of the "leaves" within the hourglass with #73 being more obvious than #72. Another subtle difference is the color that frames each hourglass at top and bottom with #73 being a dark brown and #72 being a lighter brown.

I have also changed the treatment of the organization's name.
